Successful hunters that fill
their tag now have a unique opportunity to return to their
heritage as food providers and give back to their community
to help the less fortunate.
Donations of wild game meat from
individuals from 2001 through 2011 have reached incredible
totals at 41,730 pounds,
providing over 166,920 quarter pound servings or meals. In
2011, our program brought in 1,523 pounds of wild game meat
(Venison, Elk, Buffalo) totaling 6,092 quarter pound
servings. Click here for more detailed stats and program sponsors.
We'd like to thank all the
participating hunters in your continued support of this
great program.
